We want you to be completely satisfied with your Funtasia purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your Funtasia account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its unused, original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
